Easily access your YMCA Membership account online! Update your profile (address, phone number, email), view your facility usage, see who is listed on your account, download your year-end childcare statement, view your current payment method on file, view current registrations, and register for future programs.

Membership Dues

A monthly fee is deducted from a checking or savings account, credit or debit card on the 1st or 15th of each month. If using EFT, a blank, voided check is required.  Please note, payments taken are for the entire month 1-31st.

If payment is not honored by your bank or declined for any reason, a $30.00 service fee will be applied to your account along with the balance due.  Payments are continuous until the member completes the cancellation process.

Facility Age Use Guidelines

The following rules are designed to ensure the safety of all members

  • Children 7 and under are not permitted in the pool area without direct parental supervision unless in a program.
  • Children 8 and up can utilize the recreation center and gymnasium unaccompanied by a parent/guardian however, the parent/guardian must be in the building.
  • Children 12 and up can utilize the recreation center and gymnasium unaccompanied by a parent/guardian.

Policies:

Visitor Policy

Out of town visitors (living outside of a 50-mile radius) can purchase a day-use pass for a nominal fee.

A visitor must present a valid driver’s license or valid passport, sign a waiver of liability, and have a current photo on file.

Guest Policy

Current members may bring up to 4 guests annually at no additional charge. After 4 guest passes have been used, a guest may come for a nominal fee.

A single guest will be limited to 4 total visits over a 3-month period; at that point, he/she will be required to purchase a membership if they want to continue using the facility.

Guests must be accompanied by a current member.

Guest must present a valid driver’s license or valid passport, sign a waiver of liability, and have a current photo on file.

Refund Policy

If the YMCA cancels a class or program due to lack of enrollment or facility conflict, the participant will be issued a full credit or refund.

Credits/Refunds (less a $10 service charge) will be given for the following:

  • If the participant notifies the YMCA in writing more than 24 hours before the first class/session
  • In cases of misconduct and misbehavior, credits/refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis.
  • Credits/refunds will not be issued to deposits or registration fees for programs such as day camp, fun days, etc.

Membership Dues and Join Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Check refunds will be processed through the YMCA Business Office within 30 days.

Account credit refunds can be applied up to one year after being issued.

The YMCA does not offer make-ups, credits, refunds for missed classes for any reason including inclement weather-related cancellations.

Hold Policy

Members can place their account on hold if they are unable to use the facility for a variety of reasons. We ask that you notify us in writing by either a letter or email.  A request for a membership hold must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the hold. A hold will suspend the membership for a specified time period (up to 6 months). During a membership hold, monthly membership dues are not charged. Note that a $5 hold fee is charged per month on your preferred draft date.  Please keep in mind that your request for a membership hold is not complete until you have received confirmation from our Membership Department. Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday) to contact you regarding your request.

Cancellation Policy

We would hate to see you go, however, if you choose to cancel your membership you must notify us in writing at least 30 days in advance of your last day. Per your membership agreement, your account will be drafted one more time. Please keep in mind that your request for cancellation is not complete until you have received confirmation from our Membership Department. Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday) to contact you regarding your request.
