Ingredients: 1 C rolled oats, ½ C mini chocolate chips, ½ C ground flaxseed, ½ C crunchy peanut butter, 1/3 C honey, 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions: Combine oats, chocolate chips, flaxseed, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla together in a bowl. Form into balls using your hands. Arrange energy bites on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour. Store in an airtight container.
